Mark Ibrahim (48)

Mark Ahmad Ibrahim (48), passed away suddenly on Tuesday, April 14, 2015. He was born on July 7, 1966, to Sami Ahmad Ibrahim (surviving) and Marie Louise Haas Ibrahim (predeceased) in Los Altos, CA. He graduated from Los Altos High School, class of 1984.

He then attended and graduated from UC Berkeley, class of 1989, where he met his beautiful wife. He learned to manage the family farm, La Vina Ranch, from his father-in-law, Morgan Johnson, and became an expert at growing table grapes and cherries.

Mark enjoyed coaching: he coached all four of his children in recreational soccer during their early years. He enjoyed air-guitaring to AC/DC, bringing home stray kittens, proudly watching his children perform their various pursuits, going to Disneyland with his family, and visiting his family in the Bay Area.

He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Cynthia and their four children, Natasha (23), Jason (21), Katie (19), and Sabrina (15), his sister, Magda Ibrahim-Wong with her husband Stanley Wong, his sister, Mona Ibrahim Mendoza with her husband Jose Mendoza, three nieces, Sarah Wong, Megan Wong, and Margarita Ibrahim one nephew, Rudy Besuner. Mark also leaves behind, parents-in-law, Morgan and Sue Johnson, brother-in-law, Ronald Johnson, sister-in-law Karin Besuner, her husband Robert Besuner

Memorial service for Mark will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Jay Chapel Madera, CA.
