Tulare County Sheriff's Top Ten Fugitive CAPTURED SAME DAY He's Added to the List!

TULARE - On Wednesday, Detectives with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office added Raymond Hernandez Jr. to the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department "Top 10 Most Wanted" list. Hernandez had an outstanding felony warrant for an attempted homicide stabbing while he was in custody in Tulare County.

County Apprehension Team Tracking Criminals (CATTCH) Detectives quickly learned where Hernandez might be and began surveillance at an apartment complex in the City of Visalia. During the surveillance, Detectives saw Hernandez leave an apartment and detained him without incident, just a few hours after he was added to the Top Ten List.

Detectives then searched the apartment and found a loaded handgun and a small amount of meth. The handgun was found to be stolen out of Nevada and was within access of two children inside the room. Hernandez was booked into jail on the Attempted Homicide Warrant Charge, as well as fresh charges of Felon in possession of a stolen firearm, child endangerment and possession of a controlled substance.

NEW FUGITIVE
35-year-old Robert Jordan now replaces Hernandez as the newest criminal on the Top Ten List. He's wanted for being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm.

The County Apprehension Team Tracking Criminals in Hiding (CATTCH) Unit was formed by Sheriff Mike Boudreaux in October 2015 to assist the investigations and patrol divisions of the Sheriff’s Office in locating and apprehending outstanding criminals in hiding. The CATTCH Unit is tasked with the collection of case information, investigation and the ultimate arrest of Tulare County’s most wanted individuals.

These cases remain under investigation and anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of TOP 10 Fugitives is encouraged to call Sergeant Steve Sanchez with the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office at (559) 733-6211 or anonymous information about this incident can be reported via Tipnow email: This email address is being protected from spambots.
