Day Two of the Madera Fair Hosts MUSD Kids and 80's Rockers Loverboy

MADERA - Day two of the Madera Fair is in the books and yesterday they hosted the kids from the Madera Unified School District elementary schools. Over a thousand kids were bused in from all over the district to get a glimpse of the fair. They got to take in all the ground acts, play with the robots and some even enjoyed a corn dog.

Later that night 80's Canadian rock band Loverboy took to the Table Mountain Stage and showed you're never too old to rock n roll. They played all their hits and lead singer Mike Reno even channeled his best Jim Morrison from the Doors. Afterwards an Eagle tribute band took to the 20/30 Stage to end off the night.

Madera Fair Kicks off 2019 with Trace Adkins

MADERA - The Madera Fair kicked off it's 2019 FOur-Day run with 90's country act Trace Adkins who wowed fans at the Table Mountain Stage. The tall drink of water played all his hits and left fans amazed. Tonight on the main stage Canadians rockers Loverboy takes the stage. As with all the entertainment at the Madera Fair, it is free with your paid gate admission.

As with all fairs, the main draw is the food and this year the food is great. Check out the Wild West BBQ for some of the best meats at the fair this year. Their Tri-Tip sandwiches with peppers and onions are the best you will find inside the fair gates. But of course, the real best in town is just outside the gates at the Sugar Pine Smokehouse just outside the gates.
