LINDEN, CA - New York Yankees Captain Aaron Judge will be the first Major League Baseball player ever featured on a Big League Chew pouch in a homerun collaboration between the shredded bubble gum maker and the All-Star slugger’s Aaron Judge ALL RISE Foundation.
The foundation will be prominently featured on the packaging to bring purpose to the pouch. A portion of the proceeds from each sale will be donated to the foundation to support its work with underserved populations and youth. The limited-edition pouch, featuring fan-favorite flavor Grand Slam Grape, will be available online at bigleaguechew.com, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Costco and other select national retailers in early July 2025.
“Big League Chew has always been more than gum—it’s a part of the game. I chewed it as a kid, and now being on the pouch is surreal. It’s a full-circle moment and an honor,” said Aaron Judge. “Even more meaningful is using this platform to support the work we’re doing through the ALL RISE Foundation.”
The partnership is a win for the Aaron Judge ALL RISE Foundation and its mission to lift up children and teens. “This will have a direct impact on helping us grow our programs and initiatives,” Judge said. “It will allow us to give more support through our Mini-Grants to organizations that help young people reach their unlimited potential.”
Born in the bullpen in 1977, Big League Chew® was the brainchild of Portland Mavericks' lefthander Rob Nelson. After perfecting his shredded bubble gum with the help of Mav teammate Jim Bouton and 13-year-old batboy Todd Field, Big League Chew hit shelves in 1980 and became a hit.
