MADERA - The Madera District Fair presented by Valley Children's Healthcare will open its gates in less than a month for its 2026 season, but it's never too early to start your planning and save some money. If you already know you're going, why not pre-buy your tickets early and save $5 on every ticket?

Pre-Sale Discount gate tickets are $10 for adults (13+), general admission tickets are available online beginning July 1. Pre-sale deals are available online through September 10 and at the Madera Fair office starting July 15. Gate ticket prices during the fair will be $15 per adult. Kids 12 and under are free this year, EVERY day of the 2026 Fair! However, after 7:00 pm each night, all guests under 18 must be chaperoned by an adult while at the Fair.

If you know your kids are going to want to hit the carnival when they get to the Fair, Advanced Sale Carnival coupons for $35 are also available through September 10. These coupons may be redeemed for an unlimited ride wristband on ANY one day of the Fair! That's $5 off the Fair time price of $40.

As has become the new tradition for the last few years at the Fair, the gates will open on Thursday, September 4, for free admission to everyone, thanks to Valley Children's Healthcare. The gates will open at 5:00 pm, and Tone Loc and the 90s Rewind will kick off the Table Mountain Concert Series at 7:30 pm.

Get ready to snack your way through the best two hours of the Fair! The Madera District Fair is excited to introduce its all-new $5 Fair Food Happy Hour on Friday, September 11, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm, inviting fairgoers to have their fill of crowd-favorite fair treats—all for just five bucks! This two-hour window is your chance to snack smarter, stretch your dollars, and explore Madera Fair flavors.

The Fair Food Happy Hour lineup features samples from all food and beverage booths at the annual Fair. Fair guests can enjoy traditional favorites, including corndogs, cinnamon rolls, funnel cakes, and even beer. New menu items are also included during the Fair Food event: Dubai strawberries, fried bananas, jalapeño poppers, and cheesy cheese fries!
