MADERA - The Madera District Fair presented by Valley Children's Healthcare will open its gates in less than a month for its 2025 season, but it's never too early to start your planning and save some money. If you already know you're going to go, why not pre-buy your tickets in August and save five dollars on every ticket?

Pre-Sale Discount gate tickets are $10 for adults (13+), general admission tickets are available online beginning July 1. Pre-sale deals are available through September 3 online and at the Madera Fair office starting on July 15. Gate ticket prices during the fair will be $15 per adult. Kids 12 and under are free this year, EVERY day of the 2025 Fair! However, after 7:00 pm each night, all guests under 18 years of age must be chaperoned by an adult while at the Fair.

If you know your kids are going to want to hit the carnival when they get to the Fair, Advanced Sale Carnival Coupons for $35 are also available through September 3. These coupons may be redeemed for an unlimited ride wristband on ANY one day of the Fair! That is a $5 savings off the Fair time price of $40.

As has become the new tradition for the last few years at the Fair, on Thursday, September 4, the gates are open for free admission to everyone thanks to Valley Children's Healthcare. The gates will open at 4:00 pm, and Blue Oyster Cult will kick off the Table Mountain Concert Series at 7:30 pm.

Get ready to snack your way through the best two hours of the Fair! The Madera District Fair is excited to introduce its all-new $5 Fair Food Happy Hour on Friday, September 5, from 4:00 to 6:00 pm, inviting fairgoers to have their fill of crowd-favorite fair treats—all for just five bucks! This two-hour window is your chance to snack smarter, stretch your dollars, and explore the flavor of the Madera Fair.

The Fair Food Happy Hour lineup has a sampling from all food and beverage booths at the annual Fair. Fair guests can enjoy traditional favorites, including corndogs, cinnamon rolls, funnel cakes, and even beer. New menu items are also included during the Fair Food event: Dubai strawberries, fried bananas, jalapeño poppers, and cheesy cheese fries!

For the second year in a row, the Fair is offering an exclusive Sunrise Ferris Wheel Experience on opening day, Thursday, September 4th, 2025. There are only ten seats still available for this special event, so book your reservations online soon. Experience the sun rising at Madera Fair from the Ferris Wheel. This is a very limited event that sold out quickly in its inaugural year. Participants purchase an event ticket that is good for (4) riders in a single cart, (4) cinnamon rolls and coffee, and (2) admission tickets to any one of the four days of the 2025 Fair!

Gates open at 5:45 am. Fair staff will greet you and are available to answer unique behind-the-scenes questions on ground operations while directing you on your morning ride. The Ferris Wheel line begins loading at 6:10 am and rides at sunrise. Participants can enjoy cinnamon rolls and coffee before or after.
